Of course we can cook whole pigs, lambs and chicken but also smaller joints including beef brisket, lamb or pork shoulders and even fish and vegetarian options. We can also prepare roasted hand carved meats served on platters for you to enjoy Banquet style for your more formal sit down event. We can tailor almost every part of our service to best fit in with your plan of the perfect event
Our prices are based on the traditional 12 hour slow cooked and pulled pork with our soft confit shallot and herb stuffing, cider braised apple sauce and crackling served in a soft floury bap. Other Meat, joints, fish, items and prices are available on request.
